Website privacy notice
How this website handles the information you choose to share.
Effective November 3, 2026.
Business inquiries
When you submit the contact form, we save your name, work email, organization, selected service interest, and message in our private business development workspace. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and manage related follow-ups. Website submissions do not require an email application.
Email notifications
Inquiry notifications may be emailed to our team through our configured email delivery provider. Original inquiries remain in the private workspace even if a notification is delayed. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing email lists.
Website analytics
We collect first-party page views, referrer domains, broad device type, button interactions, service selections, form starts and submissions, and scroll milestones. Analytics does not capture form contents or full referring URLs. A random session identifier is held in browser session storage and stored on the server as a salted hash. It is not an advertising cookie or a cross-site tracking identifier.
Analytics respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also turn off analytics in this browser.
Access and hosting
The public website is open to visitors. Contact records, notes, follow-up tasks, notification delivery logs, and analytics reports require authorized admin sign-in. Our hosting provider processes standard connection information needed to serve and protect the website. Form rate limits use a hashed network identifier. We use cloud hosting and database services and a configured email provider to operate the website and respond to inquiries. Google Fonts receives connection information needed to provide font files.
Keep sensitive information out of inquiries
Please do not include patient information, health records, account credentials, or confidential employment records in a website inquiry. Appropriate arrangements for operational data are established separately for client work.
